2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Ground Paprika
Rosemary Gourmet Collection Blend
Crushed Red Pepper As Desired

Mix together all ingredients listed above. Cut the fish with the grain to desired size. Put fish into the mix, set on plate and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to let it harden up a bit. Fry in peanut oil. When it is golden brown, it should be done. Consider wild rice, veggies or both for sides.
