AMS Bowfishing receives thousands of donation requests per year and unfortunately, we are unable to donate to every request we receive. We ask that you complete this event form so that we can give you fair consideration for a donation. With each donation we ask that you follow the guidelines below. Future donation consideration will be based on feedback.
1. Donation request must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to event. 2. Make sure our donation is won by a participant of the event. Take photo and send along with post event report. 3. Make sure our catalogs are available to participants at the event. 4. Make sure our banner, if provided, is displayed appropriately during the event. 5. Attach tournament flyer of the event. 6. Post event report must be completed online and sent back within one month of your event.
Future donations are determined by how you fulfill our requirements after the tournament, especially the POST EVENT REPORT
