Ingredients:
Gator Meat
Beer Batter Mix
Flour

Instructions:

Heat oil to 350-375 degrees. Cut gator tail meat into small, bite-sized chunks. Prepare batter per package instructions. Sprinkle gator meat with flour. Dip the floured gator meat in the beer batter mix. Place the battered meat in the hot oil for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. BBQ, honey mustard or ranch are great for dipping sauces.
