All domestic packages are shipped via UPS, with your selected UPS service. All International shipments ship via USPS Airmail.

All On-line orders will ship within 24 hours or the next business day. If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email and/or phone of the delay.

To prevent shipping delays, verify your correct Street address is entered, NOT a USPS Post Office Box. UPS requires a street address and cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Also be certain your payment information is entered correctly. Many shipments are delayed because of improper credit card entry’s.

Delivery times vary by location. For domestic shipments, use this UPS Ground Shipping Map to estimate your package arrival. This map is only an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery for residential addresses with ground service. Also, when estimating your package arrival, the map does NOT include the day of pickup. See the shipping examples below.

Selecting special service does guarantee shipping service within that time period. 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, or Next Day Air. Keep in mind that UPS Ground to a residential address is NOT guaranteed within the shipping map times, but special service is guaranteed with the selected service. See the shipping examples below.

Keep in mind holidays and weekends when estimating package deliveries.

Many retail orders will ship same day if received early enough within the day, however, AMS Bowfishing cannot guarantee that service for every order placed on-line. If you need an order shipped same day to receive it by a certain date, call your order in to our order center at 888-541-7657.

Example Shipment’s

• Example Ground Shipment: An order is placed on-line at 11pm Friday, shipping UPS Ground to Arkansas, a 3 day shipping point. Order is processed the next business day, Monday, and package is received by UPS on Monday. Arkansas is an estimated 3 day shipping point, package is “estimated” to be delivered on Thursday.
• Example Special Service Shipment: An order is placed on-line at 4 pm Monday with 2nd Day Air service requested shipping to California, a 4-5 day shipping point. Order is processed and package is received by UPS on Tuesday. UPS delivery is guaranteed by Thursday as special service has been purchased, the UPS Ground Chart does not apply. Day of pickup is not counted.
