By far the smoothest, best shooting line I have used out of my retriever!! Shoots farther with less drag than any other line I have tried, and you can fit way more line in a small bottle!!!
Something wrong with this post? Thanks for letting us know. If you can point us in the right direction...

Was wondering where I could find #450 red AMS Bowfishing line. Have looked everywhere and can’t find it.

I am not aware of anyone that sells that specific line. Our lines are made of either Dacron or Spectra so maybe try searching for that.

I recently bought # 1023 (z23) LG retriever bottle from you, sales order # we 11962 ,, I have a AMS model# 310 RG , the new bottle does not screw into the cap as far as the original bottle, but seems ok, is there anything I should be aware of before using ?? Also as per the line requirements label affixed to the new bottle, the line capacity should be the same for my #310 RG as the Retriever pro and the Retreiver TNT , is that correct ?? Thank you

Hey Dennis, the Retriever will work correctly like this however this particular bottle cap only has one line of threads and with the longer bottle it may loosen up and your bottle may fall off. I would recommend that you purchase an updated bottle cap part #1027 so that you won’t have this problem. This will require you to disassemble the reel slightly to install the new bottle cap over the line stripper. You will also need to readjust the stripper. I have included links to the adjustment video as well as the bottle cap below. As far as the amount of line goes our line is based on the bottle size so yes the same amount of line will be used. Let us know if you have any more questions.
